Visitor Schedule

School office hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All campus visitors that include classroom/school-sponsored student events between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. must sign up at the front desk and show photo ID on request by the staff. A staff member may accompany visitors while they are on the grounds of school. All visitors are required to follow registration procedures, including the wearing of visitor identification badges while on school grounds. (AR 1250) Classroom visits must be made to the classroom teacher no less than 24 hours in advance. The employee shall inform the Principal or the designated person at least 24 hours before the visitor's arrival. If the front office is not notified of a visit to the school, the visitor will not be allowed to attend the campus.
